The Whole Shebang is a luxury mobile café bringing European romance to weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations across New Hampshire and greater New England. Housed in a vintage Citroën trailer restored to its original charm, we bring curated drinks, elevated bites, and bespoke styling to every gathering — from bridal and baby showers to office parties to full wedding receptions.

Our mobile café appears at select private celebrations and curated public stops throughout the year.

Step up to the window for whipped espresso poured over pebble ice, our couture take on dirty sodas, rotating soft serve and sundaes, dairy-free Dole Whip, Wagyu hot dogs reimagined with elevated ingredients, and — for guests looking for something truly special — a caviar tasting service. Every collection is designed for indulgence, discovery, and a touch of whimsy.

The Mobile Café can also be booked as a stand-alone bar — the same vintage Citroën, configured to serve your event's full drink program from the window.

The Soirée Collection is our à la carte graze catering and event bar service — built to extend the experience beyond the truck. Our vintage bar carts bring craft cocktails, champagne service, and a curated bar program to your event, paired with passed hors d'oeuvres, grazing boards, and cocktail hour bites, designed with a wedding planner's eye and a hospitality professional's cadence.

Many hosts pair Soirée Collection bar carts with the Mobile Café for a full, layered experience — the truck serving specialty drinks and bites while the bar carts extend service to additional stations or a larger bar program. Others book the Soirée Collection entirely on its own, no truck required. Either way, every detail is designed to feel effortless, beautiful, and just a little indulgent.
